Dean of the College of Islamic Sciences, supervising a master’s thesis at the al’iimam al’aezam University College

The Dean of the College of Islamic Sciences, Professor Dr. (Omar Abdullah Najm Al-Din Al-Kilani) supervised a master’s thesis submitted by the student (Shaima Ibrahim Ismail) for her thesis tagged (interpretational aspects of Ibn Masoud and Ibn Abbas (may God be pleased with them) in Surat (Anfal-Repentance-Younes- Hood).

The thesis dealt with examples of the sayings of Ibn Masoud and Ibn Abbas (may God be pleased with them both) in these four chapters. The thesis required that it consist of four chapters preceded by an introduction and followed by a conclusion.
He studied the importance of interpretation and its definitions.
And the definition of the four surahs as well as the definition of the two venerable companions Ibn Masoud and Ibn Abbas (may God be pleased with them both).
And their efforts in interpretation, then studying the interpretive aspects in the four surahs, and explaining the bottom line of their interpretation.
After extensive discussion of the topic of the thesis by the members of the discussion committee, the thesis was accepted with distinction.
