With the dawn of a new academic year, our determination is renewed and our spirits are high to continue the march of science and knowledge. Here we are, beginning another year of giving and scientific construction at the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Diyala, a college that has taken upon itself the task of instilling authentic values and promoting a sound scientific identity, to be a beacon of moderate Islamic thought and a source of qualified professionals for society.
As we open this academic year, we cannot help but praise the great support provided by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to Iraqi universities and its keenness to raise the level of academic and research standards. We also affirm our pride in Diyala University for its outstanding achievements, which have placed it at the forefront of national universities and made it one of the most respected scientific institutions.
We welcome you all this year and emphasize the importance of perseverance and diligence; knowledge is a trust, learning is a mission, and the university is your second home, bringing you together at the table of knowledge and virtue. We highly value the efforts of our distinguished professors for their sincere dedication to caring for their students and raising their academic and research levels, as well as the efforts of the administrative staff who work with dedication and sincerity in organizing the affairs of the college and serving its students.
We ask Almighty God to make this year a year of goodness and blessing, a year of success and excellence, and a year of achievements that everyone can be proud of, and to guide us all in serving our religion, our country, and our beloved university.
