Duties of the Registration Division
The Registration Division is divided into three units:
1- Documents Unit
2- The archive unit / it is divided into two parts:
A- The electronic archive
b- The paper archive
3- Incoming and outgoing unit
Division tasks:
1- Registration of students applying for admission to the College of Islamic Sciences
2- Checking the documents of middle school students
3- Issuing documents and endorsements of students’ graduation
4- Transferring students from one stage to another
5- Issuing the validity of issuance of documents
6- Follow-up of counterfeit students
7- Issuing administrative orders for students
8- Entering student data electronically
9- Issuing student identities
